DIGEST SUBMISSION

Digest Guidelines & Information

Your digest will be used in the review process to evaluate your contribution to the workshop. The total length of the digest is limited to four (4) pages of A4 size paper. The digest should contain introduction, motivation, brief review of prior art, the novelty of your work, major achievements supporting evidences, figures/tables, and references. You must not submit materials that has already been published elsewhere, either at a conference on in a journal. The degree of novelty will be one of the major evaluation criteria in the review process. The four-page digest should be converted into PDF format and submitted electronically.

FINAL FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Submission Instructions

Authors of the accepted digest are requested to submit the final full paper, and all submissions must be electronic in IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format only and hard copies will not be accepted. All papers must be written in English, a minimum of 4 pages is required per paper in standard IEEE format, and the maximum number of pages is 6, including text, references and figures. Paper content should be original, and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore database.

IEEE PDF EXPRESS CHECK
All submissions will be in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format (*.pdf) passing the IEEE PDF EXPRESS check.

· Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

· Use PDF eXpress to verify the PDF file of the paper for IEEE-compliance before submission.

· After presentation at the workshop, accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Papers that are not IEEE-compliant will not be included in the proceedings nor published.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log into https://ieee-pdf-express.org

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.

2. Enter the following:

· 63772X for the Conference ID

· your email address

· a password

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Final Full Paper Submission Procedure:

1.Please log into http://edas.info/N33141

2. Follow the steps and instructions provided by the submission system, including:

i. check your paper PDF version has been verified by using PDF eXpress;

ii. submit your Full Paper;

iii. fill out & submit the IEEE Copyright Form, Upon completion, please download and save the PDF copy of the completed form for your record, and upload the PDF copy of the completed IEEE Copyright Form as part of your submission.

By following these steps and instructions, you can complete the submission process for your Full Paper and IEEE Copyright Form.

Final Check: Double-check that all parts of your submission are complete and that you have retained copies of all documents for your records. Make sure all submissions are confirmed within the system before exiting.

Registration

For presenting a paper at the workshop, the paper has to be linked to a full registration. 

After presentation at the workshop, accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Papers that are not IEEE-compliant will not be included in the proceedings nor published.
