WiPDA-Asia 2025 REGISTRATION
Author Polices and information
Full registration includes tutorial, reception, banquet, full registration kit & entry to any session on all days.
Each paper requires one full registration.
Each full registration allows to register one paper, for registering a 2nd paper and onwards, an extra paper fee of US$280 (RMB￥2000) applies.
Each Paper Submission may contain up to six (6) pages.
Student registration type doesn`t include the paper, please make sure at least one author of the paper register as a standard or IEEE/PELS/CPSS/CESS/CES member registration type.
During registration, you will be asked to provide the proof of your student status or your membership certiciation if that registration option has been selected.
In the registration type, listener refers to the delegate without submitting the paper or co-author of the paper.
For Chinese delegate, plesae select in CNY payment.
To facilitate payment for participants, the conference has entrusted Universal Prosperity Exhibition & Convention (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (the conference service provider) with the responsibility of handling registration and fee collection and issuing the VAT Invoices and receipts matters.
Cancellation
For cancellations by 30th June 2025, administration costs of US$50 (RMB￥350) per participant will be charged.
For cancellations by 20th July 2025, 50% of the fee is refundable against the standard registration fee.
If cancellation occurs after 20th July 2025, there will be no refund for the fee paid.
No show will incur a full charge.
Registered participants may be replaced, provided that the registration team is duly notified in advance.

注册类别里：Listener是指没有论文的参会代表或论文的共同作者。
学生注册不含论文，如有论文，该论文至少需要一位作者全注册。
请中国代表选择以人民币（CNY）方式支付。
已缴纳会议注册费的参会代表，如需要申请退款，请将退款申请提交至：registration@wipda-asia2025.org.cn；
邮件主题：Wipda-Asia2025退款+参会人员姓名，同时需要在邮件中提供订单号或对公付款凭证，退款方式、退款接收账号，开户行，账号、联系方式等信息。
